Free Shipping

 

The Billiard Bay offers free shipping on all retail orders in the Continental US over $99.00.

 

Order Processing Time

 

Our commitment at The Billiard Bay is to expedite your order promptly. Most of our products are dispatched directly from our suppliers, which may result in multiple packages for a single order. Your item will be shipped via UPS Ground, USPS, or FedEx Ground (3-5 business days each), and the tracking number will be uploaded within one business day of purchase. Please note that orders are processed only on business days, excluding weekends and holidays. In the event of a back-ordered, out-of-stock, or discontinued product, you will be promptly notified via email.

 

Signature Requirement for Orders Over $150.00

 

For orders exceeding $150.00, a signature will be required upon delivery. Alternatively, you can opt to have your package held for pickup at a UPS or USPS facility.

 

Refund Policy for Shipping Costs

 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the shipping cost becomes non-refundable. Kindly review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. The Billiard Bay is not accountable for unforeseen shipping delays caused by the carrier.

 

Damaged Goods

 

While receiving damaged goods can be disheartening, we're here to assist. If you notice any damages upon delivery, please promptly notify our customer service team. Retain the box and its contents, as we require pictures to initiate a claim with UPS for shipping damages or with the manufacturer for defects. In the rare case of observing physical damage during delivery, report it to the delivery driver and consider refusing the delivery. We will refund or replace eligible products upon closure of the appropriate claim.

Shipping Restrictions

 

We currently ship only within the United States.

 

Ground Shipping Delays

 

Once your package leaves our facility, our control diminishes. We adhere to the agreed-upon shipping method, but certain conditions like adverse weather may cause delays. The Billiard Bay is not liable for shipping refunds or credits due to delays caused by weather or unforeseen events determined as inapplicable by the shipping company.
